Tim Sinclair
Owner/President

Tim Sinclair received his MBA from Wichita State University. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering Technology while attending Pittsburg State University.

Prior to his current role as owner and President of Pal's Glass Service, Tim served as a General Contractor at Key Construction and served as Vice President of Operations.

Tim began as an Estimator and Project Manager for Key Construction after five years of experience as an Estimator-Project Manager with Conco, Inc.

Marty Carlson
Owner/Vice President

Marty Carlson received his undergraduate education from Wichita State University. Prior to his current role as project manager for Pal's Glass Service, Marty served as a project manager for a local general contractor and has 15 years experience operating a residential contracting business.

Sharon Meckenstock
Office Manager/Accounting

Sharon Meckenstock has 20+ years experience working and managing the office operations of locally owned construction companies. Sharon previously worked in various subcontracting trades managing their accounting practices as well as the office operations.

Dan Ward
Owner/Vice President
Pal's Glass LLC - St, Louis, MO

Dan brings to Pal's Glass, LLC 25 years of experience in the aluminum and glass construction industry. He acquired his knowledge from working for companies like Cupples Products, Profile Systems and Brentwood Glass Company. His experiences range from working with architects, sales, estimating, purchasing, project management and as president of Brentwood Glass for 11 years. This experience is a valuable asset and in turn allows Pal's Glass, LLC to provide the services needed to bring a project from concept to completion.

Justin Holcomb
Project Manager

Justin Holcomb received his Bachelors of Science degree from Wichita State University. Prior to his current role as Project Manager for Pal's Glass Service, he worked in the field installing and was Shop Manager for Pal's Glass. Justin has a background in industrial supply sales.

Kennedy Nesler
Shop Manager

Kennedy Nesler attended Kansas City Kansas Community College and Wichita State University. He worked for eight years in the aircraft industry, dealing with quality assurance. He managed an Interior Completions Center and sheet metal shops for corporate aircraft during those eight years. Kennedy is now the Shop Manager for Pal's Glass Inc., managing the fabrication of commercial window frames. He assures the quality, and integrity is in the window frames that comes from Pal's Glass Inc.

David Haynes
Owner/Vice President

David Haynes attended Butler Community College and Wichita State University. He has been employed in the construction industry for 18 years. Prior to his current position as owner and Vice President of Pal's Glass Service, David served as Project Manager and Estimator at Simpson & Associates, Inc. where he was employed for 11 years.

Terry Davis
Field Superintendent

Terry has over 30 years in the construction industry. He has managed as many as 300 field employees, a major fleet of equipment and coordination of manpower for various projects simultaneously. Terry's resume includes some of the most challenging projects with next to impossible schedules. His personality has always been his best attribute as his customers, suppliers, peers and employees think the world of him.
